Cardpro........yes this would be the case.
The new CEO could have signed up holding BRN shares which would be ok prior to taking the position.
But he would not be able to purchase now as CEO except in very special circumstances such as possibly a CR etc.
Shaun will rely on being issued performance shares as per his contract with BRN. Usually these are either a mix of Shares & Options or either shares/options on their own.
