That is an interesting comment - but my thought is that US Exim in all its wisdom will definitely be looking at the equity part of the funding.

There is NO POINT for US Exim to offer IBG a loan just small enough that IBG can't get the equity portion over the line so that the project falls over.

That would be the biggest joke ever.

So imo US Exim will definitely be factoring in both the debt and equity into the equation so that the project goes ahead - IF exim does want to fund Citronen it means they WANT the project to progress.

Just imo
