well if you want to sell because you worried about "legal hurdles" (your words) then i strongly suggest you sell...someone im sure will buy.
if you trying to say because arizona NOT the right party (democrat or republic) or that because interior minister is native american that this means drilling wont get approved then that just pure nonsense.
that logic implies that no drilling or mines will ever be developed anywhere under your criteria.
theres tens of billions of bucks on the table for each state so your logic is nothing will ever get passed as there "legal hurdles" involved.
there legal hurdles & disputes with just about any application any company puts in for anything...thats just normal.
so biden classed lithium (among other minerals) as strategic resource & wants it mined in usa...
