I don’t think an announcement tomorrow would be a good idea, a JV would be better timed for investors when TLG could maintain a strong hold consistently in price above 2$ as you will have to take into account the dilution. He should hold the JV till next year or until the next realistic price spike, base on development. Permits and production should come first, the catalyst is the permits, followed by the JV that will explode the SP, ideal scenario
