Ann: Results of 2021 Annual General Meeting, page-2

There’s a decent level of dissatisfaction from shareholders based on the votes here - did anyone attend the AGM and what was the mood and nature of questions about? And who was asking the questions? I’m guessing a lot of it is to do with the share price performance since earlier this year, but I wonder if there were other issues raised.

25% basically voted against Schubert and Eames is my read. That took me be surprise, especially considering this forum has generally been one-eyed towards said directors’ performance.
