The decision to drill,or not,is made by the Opscom..Obviously the representation of JV participants will decide the result...
Currently,one vote each for CTP and BG.If ROG are admitted to Opscom, then, hopefully the balance of voting power will no longer be tied..That is the prime benefit of ROG's hoped for involvement,at this stage of developments..
Hence, most unrealistic to expect BG to willingly adopt any alternative position other than the one they currently hold!
