I have already explained. You are not willing to accept anything that is said because you prefer faith and game playing. The explanation is straightforward, mechanisms be they biological or mechanical have functions that are enabled, not by will, but structure/ architecture.....how they function, their features and attributes and what they do is determined, not by their will (which is not present at the structural, functional level), but by their design in the case of constructed mechanisms, computers, etc, and evolutionary role in the case of biological organisms, plants, animals, each according to their own physical makeup and environment. Will is not the same as function.
