Anybody paying high rent should be going homeless and protesting for higher property taxes to reduce outlays and rents accordingly.
The fact some are accepting higher rents just shows how dumb and manipulated they are.
That why Australia has a lot of problems. Rents are far too high.
When rents get a lot lower Australias economy drive forward and the politicians get re-elected based on increased prosperity from production as the feudalist stick is curtailed.
