We don't have an offtake for 2ktpa but it looks like it's just a matter of choice.
Anyone with an offtake has in the fine print that there are factors beyond their control that could make the deal worthless ie they can't get up to specification or quantity. The buyer can simply walk away, however much they've sign up to buy. If it ain't there, it ain't there. VUL's big ANN from yesterday is a classic example.
