I don't think it's capitulated just yet.

According to a broker mate, The Malaysian contract has been delayed due to the Government restricting it's spending on "non essential programs". That includes the contract awarded to NBS.

Not to say that it wont happen, just that it's been put on hold.

Having said that, he said the China Gas tank contract is performing better than expected.

If he's right about the Malaysian contract, the market won't take the news well IMHO.
