I am not so sure about predators, or T/O's, etc. The projected POS in the PFS is conservative given the current market predictions. Possibly rising starting early next year. imo.
What is a red flag for me is that the return is after 2.8years with a mine life of 5-7years. So a broker or big miner will want more of a return than this.
Current management may have to see this thru themselves. imo. Problem then is securing the funding, but again with POS expected to rise, a financial insto should foot the bill or a big CR.
Time will tell.

Great job to IVR managment on the PFS and getting it out when said.
