Hey Cranny...thats just what I heard speaking to CHM management....that after the case is heard in court, 2-4 weeks and then the final numbers awarded.
But really...who knows. I wouldn't give it any weight at all, especially as we all are hearing different things. Glyna keeps saying Feb...who knows.

So you heard MMX offered $10m, CHM wanted 60 million...so they parted ways and are sorting it through court.
If thats right...then again I think MMX could have got off lightly with $60million and giving CHM $60 million could have been a mjot win for MMX....hardly going to hurt them.
Now with all the dirty laundy coming out in public and the judge making a decision if no deal gets agreed on before his decision....then MMX might get stung here.
MMX seem to be treading a thin line leaving it this late.
Cranny asked about "can a settlement be reached at any time".
Its my understanding that yes it can...however...if its left to the judge to give his final decision....then thats what will be awarded.
Maybe if you are correct on those number CHM is no longer interested in the $60million?
Anyway...its all just specualtion from anonymous forum posters who really are hearing numbers pulled out of a hat from their biased sides.
With court so close to ending...maybe we should wait for some real news rather than specualte?
