there really is someone with proper state of mind that would sell own share at t$0.20 to buy the entitlement $0.24
to get options exercisable at $0.48 in four years time?

Considering # 1 what would be the reason a large holder would sell large amount of share (probably all as per
your comment) between $0.195 - $0.21 when if wait a couple of weeks he can sell at possibly $0.24?
