I dont think it is being controlled at all. This is spouted a lot when share price doesnt move , all over hotcopper for different stocks, people reach for this explanation with literally no idea of the mechanics of how it would be done.

How would they be making money manipulating this ? Are they longing or shorting? longing they wouldnt have made a cent, shorting they would need to be covering big volume, which is not happening. So the theory doesnt really have legs.

Perhaps its just some large holder is slowly getting out, and selling out millions when they get the opportunity . With 820 million shares issued there are a lot out there, someone could hold 40 million shares and still not be a significant holder according to ASX rules. So they could be wanting out and looking for opportunities like today to get out on and dont have to inform market of the selling.

Going to need to soak up all the selling before it can move and it seems like there is a lot of volume wanting to get sold.
