yet some on here suggest we cant afford that amount. In fact 450k is apparently a stretch.
Iif thats the case, where are these people getting their finance?
We now have tighter lending policy and virtually no low doc loans anymore....yet here we have it in black and white that people have the menas to buy 141 properties with a median of 700k.
