    Im sure that will cover you for while.

    At say 7% the 329k mortgage is $479 week

    Interest only.

    In 2 years time...

    IF rates are at this 7% mark and assuming rents have gone up 5% per year...

    So rent would now be $441 week

    So your up for $38 week.

    Not too bad is it?
