Ann: Tripartite LOI Update, page-128

Seems like an over reaction, I wasn’t expecting such a drop,
thought the writing was on the wall anyway and that the
market had priced some of this in prior to the
announcement, but also totally agree this could have
been managed better than just pushing it aside as “on track”
a few weeks ago. At the very least today’s announcement
should have provided more detail with regards to
what stage were at with the negotiation. I guess like
someone mentioned these dates are set as a framework for the whole process, however really don’t mean much being
non-binding in nature, and thus a bit surprised at the big
drop today.
