The banks not lending to the developers appears to be helping your cause. If you've got the capital to do it and can hang on or take a loss on the chin if things go pear shaped, well that's OK. You are helping the economy by building more dwellings.
My concern is only for the leveraged up, medium to long term buyers with eyes for capital gains. Which one could argue is the core of the market at the moment.
