Personally i don't think the VWAP matters TOO much anymore, as long as it stays around this level (ish). I believe the NASDAQ offering will be at $10 and is already locked in basically - (so around 55/56c here) - which is absolutely fantastic IMO. What a brilliant cap raise at that level.

I'm with you in thinking that the IPO will be by the end of this week latest - everything is pointing us to that. (although we have been led down the garden path before!)

As far as trading days go, well i'm not really sure on that. Is there a need for a trading halt? or do we just keep rolling along?

I'll be a very happy man once this Nasdaq talk is all done and dusted, it's been a ride hey!
