i ask a lot of people the question, wha do u think property will don in short term (3months) medium term (1-2 yrs) long term longer than 2 years, the responses i get are mostly

stagnent up to 2 years and may improve after that if things globally have stabilized, and people see where rates are heading etc.

I ask the same question with stockmarket short term, possible gain, medium term better than now 2 years better than now

so on the assumptions of peoples thoughts, if consesus is property for the short term wont rise, why not invest funds in the stockmarket have a better possibility of gain, then use that money (which has increased) to buy property in 1 o 2 years which could be similar price to todays, and you havent had the holding costs losses in that time?

Is that a way of loking at things UT and BG???
