Worthy of the options

Its almost a given that most directors receive options as Incentives for performance and some as in liue of payment.

Most cases with HAV they get them yet they do t end in the money and so has little.effect.

Better questions to ask the board than worrying about options.

Finance..... hmmm how will HAV secure the debt. The financier isnt going to lend 100mil with out some sort of security. They only have stock to offer without jeopardising losing control of the project.

Yep share issue and dilution.
Should have actively JV this project.
