Conroy & Co have publicly stated that they put the interests of all Australian citizens before the interests of 1.4m TLS shareholders [and,presumably their families]. These are powerful words. No doubt that all Australian citizens treasure the rule of law in this country. If you take away some valuables without proper compensation to the owner, it is called stealing. If you do it forcefully, it is called robbery. If the common sense does not prevail, the common law must.
