I understand how you feel Docmin.
I would like to see just four active directors on the board - SB, BG, SH and Rob Kil.
But IMO you are banging your head against a wall and stressing yourself unnecessarily about the 'non-contributing' directors.
Irrespective of their time contibutions, current or past - I think it is unrealistic to think Directors who are major shareholders in the company, and gambled the initial seed money to take LNY to where it is today are likely to resign or be sacked.
Unlikely but maybe a voluntary step down for the good of the company is possible. That is if a better board can be formed which they consider will reward them financially.
It hasn't proven to be the most cost-effective way to run the show, but IMO, LNY will continue to grow under the direction of SB, BG and Scott Hall regardless of who else is on the Board.
