In relation to the leases it would be like a trustee needing to raise some money for personal reasons buying a property in their own name and then onselling it to a trust for a quick profit.

Barnes and Grimaldi were in a position of trust (Grimaldi accused by chm of been a defacto director)

you cant use your position to gain an advantage for you
and others

barnes and grim were running chm so the arguement wont run that its just bad mngt of chm

In relation to the share issues chm say its all part of the scam to get funds into nicu

I think it leads to a higher number but we will see
