The sense is that MRR appears to actually have exploration licences, whereas WCN is only proposing (subject to shareholder approval) to acquire two newly established entities that have only just submitted applications for exploration licences. I have strong doubts about any substance behind your claims of 400% future gains off the back of merely filling out an application form.
