Let's be clear here. This is NOT an AGM. At least not that I can see because I haven't received my notice of meeting yet.

There are no financial reports to pass.
There are no ratification of prior issued shares.
There is no directors report.
There are no election of directors.
There is no remuneration report.

This meeting is to simply issue Yat a whole heap of performance incentives.

Voting will be tricky to work out because half the shares on issue have not been ratified by the shareholders because there has been no AGM for three years.

There will need to be a resignation letter tendered by Grant Thornton. You can't just sack your auditor and pick a new one

This all looks very amateurish to me and Animoca better be careful because I expect ASIC to be watching very carefully. A $5bn company constantly flouting the Corp act with a lack of reporting to shareholders, holding of meetings and who knows what else won't be going unnoticed.
