yes we don't know what the deal is, but what we do know is that we have the financial press pre-empting a TH. I don't like it, there is more to this than meets the eye IMO. LTR does not leak and so either this is a deliberate plant or some instos are playing some games with the press to force LTR's hand. I might look like a dummy in a few hours but I think it more likely we will get a correction announcement from LTR saying that they are still considering all options and the AFR story is pre-mature, which it is. I want to get my deal facts from the company first, not from a journo or deliberate planted story. I guess we will see shortly but the LTR and KV can command a premium as it is undervalued and maybe this story is designed to force some hands to be played sooner rather than later. We shall see and fascinating to watch it unfold. In any event LTR is clearly seen by instos as a future money making machine on the cusp of a huge wave. As TG would say, don't sell your shares.
