Anyone have any insight into AMCI Acquisition Corp II?
Looks as if they're a SPAC that IPO'd in August this year for $150m USD - "blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger with a business focused on decarbonizing the heavy industrial complex and transitioning the global energy mix to a lower carbon footprint".
Might be a leap but is there any way they could have their eyes set on Jupiter? Or would this be too unrealistic given the involvement of Ntsimbintle / Posco?
I note their 1st edition SPAC merged with Advent Technologies, a fuel cell business. This seems more consistent with the purpose stated above so hopefully JMS stays out of the firing line.
