    The last big David vs Goliath mining court case was Cazaly resources vs RIO, although the facts of the case are totally different,Cazalay resources tried to ge ownership over one of RIO's $3b iron ore tenaments. l remember Cazalys shares going up alot many people took a gamble thinking they would win , but they lost and the share price collpased and they got burnt.
