Would have been better to tray and raise to a cornerstone investor or fund managers in one tranche - possible easier said than done though.

The Board raised what they needed through the Peak raise.
The $1m for the SPP would have just been to keep retail shareholders happy and it hasn't worked out.
BCC have nearly $10m after the raise and is cash flow positive.
