Good to see they are keeping up their practice of doing things at the very last second, having the AGM on the very last day they can possibly have it. I worked for an executive team in a public company who always lodged and did things 1-2 weeks early, you just never know when things are going to fall over. When you give yourself a 1-2 weeks buffer you have time to fix things. If you do things at the very last second and something happens, you are screwed.
