no its going to plan. just the market has been extremely poor overseas, very volatile market. that doesnt help when an entirely new IPO in a new industry (boron)- tries to list and market themselves. this coupled with a mistep in the placement and its already a very volatile/choppy type of stock prone to large swings - last time a mistep occurred went as low as $1.00 from $2.40 area so people can get scared and dump.
