"Fundamentals have not changed"
I have a different view
JMS was a dividend focused company with a founding shareholder at the helm...
Now it is not.....
Now it is a takeover target ...with the share price being massaged downwards
JMS is being run by people that a 20% shareholder is putting in place...
I doubt that is going to be for the benefit of the other 80% shareholders
