Long termers make the profits, these guys cop the "losses", VR1 has more money in the bank to grow.

However I would see it as a bit of a red flag if they put out an announcement tomorrow to give the placement traders an opportunity to sell into.

Atleast that's the way I am looking at it.

The key point for me is if you gave people the opportunity to buy in at these prices last week, with an extra $12 million in the bank everyone would be leaping over each other to get onboard.

The current price action is simply holders letting management know their thoughts on the terms of the raise. Which I do some-what agree with.

Certainly NOT financial advice. Just my opinion. I already have a large position, but if it does go sub 20c ill be looking to add.

I think announcing something price-sensitive and positive soon after a CR is unlikely. If they do, will likely be scrutinised by ASIC. I think this will be a big no-no IMHO.

I cannot disagree that this CR (for whatever the reason) has dampened the SP appreciation at least in the short term - SP matters to all holders and if someone says LT holders don't care about the daily price dropping, I think they are not being truthful!

I am here for the LT and will pick up more if it drops further. 708 investors who were lucky to buy shares at 20c cannot argue if the price drops to 20c and allows us, LT holders who were not given shares at 20c, to buy more.
