It was always my fear that the whole company was being held together by Scott Basham and that it was his skills that managed to get the Indian deal finally sorted, cost out / right sized the business and helped grow the logistics business etc. I was always fearful that when he left the quality of communication / shareholder engagement would fall away and that would just be a symptom of others not having the disciplines he had and that the inner workings of the company were degrading.
As such I started to sell down when he went and you could see the cracks showing. Can anybody put forward a coherent discussion on why I should buy back in? They have sold off the fast growing piece and have yet to show anything else that is material in the IQ area.. The locks are marginal and the famed big deal in that space has gone quiet..
So come on people step up and convince me that it wasn't just Scott alone that did it all..
