Well you have a convicted market rigger with a shareholding in CHM and another convicted market rigger giving evidence. That is always going to attract attention of people.

Now if you add to that a one dollar Singapore company set up on the 23/11/07 and the two representatives talking to MMX early in that year it gets interesting (see MMX announcement 30/11/07). One of the CHM representatives was covicted market rigger Jeff Braysich. Braysich was also a CHM shareholder at the time through Performin Pty Ltd and resigned from Performin the day before the Singapore Litigation company gets set up. See its getting interesting.

Now this Singapore company has never done a thing its total value is 1 dollar and all of a sudden CHM announces on the (13/10/2008) "that it has entered into a funding agreement with an Internatalional Litigation funder, in relation to both cases against Murchison". Considering that the company has never put in any accounts to this day that's interesting.

Sounds like CHM has found a nice one dollar company to me.

Now if we go further what was not annouced by CHM and only brought up by Urban was that a 20 million dollar charge was placed over the company. I have read the charge its 42 pages I bet very few others would have because the terms are very interesting. Why would the directors of CHM let a one dollar company put a 20 million dollar charge over CHM when the Singapore company has no record. Did they know something no-one else did?

Lets go further the only share holder of this one dollar Singapore company is in the British Virgin Island a company called Penz Investment INC. The alarm now goes off. Why on earth would a one dollar company out of Singapore want to hide its identity in the BVI. Why would an Australian listed company not tell its shareholder what its getting from a business arrangement that effects its share price.

There are many issues here I will explore but Gardie etc just think about it who is really going to gain from this arrangement why the hush hush. These Private Companies will not be sunk to the bottom of the harbour ATO will be over this one.
