There is plenty of science on the benefits of exercise. Weight training and HIIT are accepted as means to improve cardiovascular health etc....
The supplements I take specifically for the virus like Vit D and zinc might not be as beneficial as I was led to believe but they have adherants in the medical community. It could be Vitamin D is a negative acute phase reactant. John Campbell implies they are important. He and others could be mistaken about this but to write them off as unscientific is a bit harsh. Science is always being revised.
Cold showers not scientific enough? Eustress is the principal behind a lot of health promoting activities. Fasting is similar, plenty of research on fasting boosting immunity.

I am not a scientist, I don't have the resources to determine what is going to work and what is quackery. But I don't see to much harm in trying these things. The alternative is to do nothing. You want me to read scientific literature about the vaccines? I have seen plenty, I am aware it reduces the severity of infection. I have also seen medical people and scientists criticise the vaccines and handling of the pandemic. You can't just dismiss them as being unscientific because you don't agree with their opinions. People like Peter McCullough, and Gert Bosshe express some reasonable concerns to me.

I think what is going to happen is beyond our comprehension. Possibly I might die of covid but it is not inevitable.
