There is no issue with raising money at a discount. It has to be done if we want to build the mine.
The debate is as to why the company felt the need to place shares to a gold company (Zhaojin) given the placement was oversubscribed.
It potentially makes it easier for them to buy the company. This is probably why the AGM resolutions were voted against by the big shareholder.
