Not so naive as to think it doesn't happen. Of course it does. Look at all the pollies dumping their shares after confidential COVID briefings.
For MSB, though, I just think it's way easier to make money shorting it blindly, and way cheaper, by simply betting the company will ultimately disappoint (where an army of flying monkeys can do the rest to trash the SP), rather than paying to put in place a Mission Impossible Insider info gathering scheme spanning multiple countries and trials.
