Lets do some simple maths to illustrate manipulation and how long it lasts.
Lets assume rfe market cap.=$100 milliom.
Lets assume 100 million shares on issue.---Sp =$1/share
Lets assume i'm George Soros and i want to invest
$5 million dollars and get a 5% stake in rfe.
Lets assume today is a typical volume day. $745K value
traded.
Lets assume i can only buy 10% of the daily value traded
without inflating the sp.My target is to buy 5 million shares at average $1/share.
Therefore my average daily purchase is 75k shares or $75K.
5 million divided by 75k = 66.66 trading days or approx
3 months.Now i got my fill and take my finger of the button.
