Because they have no idea how the market works and are completely oblivious, usually when the SP drops, they associate it with how bad the product/company is, because that's the only reason they can find. Usually that's the intentions of the larger players to make it look like the market doesn't like the stock.
Watch the next few days of action, it will be exciting. A new trend will begin & sentiment will change very quick.
