strange goings on?, page-32

Does anybody have access to a good broker who will tell them if there is a large order of around 10,000,000 sitting on the sell side above what we normally see in the level 2 info?? it has to be more than .036 but it could be much higher??? that is what is balancing the 10,000,000 on the buy side for just 0.001, was that placed there previously beforehand to allow a largish order to be placed on the sell side beyond what the normal level 2 shows, are they getting ready for something? can anyone find out how much they are selling for, it might be interesting to know?
