All scernios have been discussed on HC concerning lease.

I agree, the spike a couple of weeks ago , are the indictors.

All SH tend to agree, JVP would have to be on board offically or unoffically before senegal renew lease. ITS HIGHLY LIKELY ONE IN PLACE NOW !!

What they're waiting for , is the nod from senegal that lease has been granted.

Watch the SP and naturally a few will jump boat if lease is not renewed some days before expiry date. Consequently sooner the better. I would worry if this goes to the wire too.

I recall one poster that phoned FAR office and was told that Senegal goverment are not obligated to inform FAR before 21 Novemeber or after. Which I find very unproffessional of FAR informing a SH of such rubbish.But legally speaking , its true.

FAR will know if the lease is being granted , maybe not offically, consequently SP or lack of SP/volume may be the only indicator.
