As someone who seems pretty rusted on to EM1 and ramps to the moon, it appears to me that you actually have very little understanding of who owns what and how EM1 operates.
EM1 do not own Miggster at all.
Miggster is NOT a gaming platform.
Miggster is built on ArcadeX, whhich is a white label platform.
Arcade X has been skinned in Miggster colours for Crowd1.
As for ArcadeX, I am somewhat unsure about whether EM1 even owns that.
