Has anyone read the article in the AFR about China's 5 year plan to be less reliant on Australian iron ore? - and therefore impact on FMG share price longer-term
The article does state that they reckon the World's best ore sites have been discovered AND that China is looking to mine in less politically stable places eg S Africa
Not a down ramp (I like FMG)
As FFI gets up and running and starts contributing to FMG's bottom line. the Company will move on from being solely an iron ore miner
Short-term I am not too concerned, but China being China; it will/would hurt itself to spite Australia
Interested to hear other's thoughts
