Legitimate question as I keep trying to get my head around the proposed "sale" of Miggster. As you say, I believe C1 already own the brand and EM1 (we assume) own the platform. But what would C1's incentive be to buy something that costs them like 40c per user? That doesn't seem like much to pay out on something they "say" is valued at a 100 odd bucks a year (or whatever it was). And surely EM1 can't sell the platform, otherwise how do they still own that to target the "billions" of other casual gamers with another spin off?
It's genuinely confusing. I freely admit to having not dug extensively into this any more since selling out, so apologies if I'm missing something blatantly obvious. Am happy to be set right by someone who can explain it...
