I see LTR have raised $450m through a placement at $1.65 - a 14% discount to Monday's closing price.

They are also doing a $40m SPP at $1.65

The SP dropped to $1.65 within the 1st 10 minutes of trade & is currently $1.655
It will be a tall order to raise $40m from the SPP if prices remain in the $1.65 ish range.

That $450m is going to be a large overhang suppressing the SP for some time to come.
Unfortunately reality says it's either that or take on a partner.
They still have to finance the remainder with debt.
