    Austravel, I can't see BLY's price dropping below 0.30 this week. That puts a discount to market of 10% on the SPP price if true, so it makes it likely (imo) that the SPP will be fully subscribed. I'm in for the full $15K then on the basis I might only get $10K, but will certainly be happy with $15K.
