Having some things mandated is the price we pay for living in societies. We are compelled to live with being told what to do and what we cannot do. For example, we are compelled to stick to traffic rules, to live within mandated codes of behaviour etc some of which are to keep us and others safe. We conform or face the consequences; the vaccinations or the greater curtailment of freedoms is an example.
