Ann: Notification of buy-back - MSG, page-9

Can't see any figures related to this buyback? I have a few issues with the BB.
1) - There are no figures to determine how much they will spend or purchase?
2) - There is no share price or percentage of current share price provided to which they will or will not buyback the shares? Is this BB creating value for shareholders if shares are purchased above intrinsic value? No!!
3) - The CEO & CFO have 5.4m options combined vesting in June 2022 if the eps reaches 0.002c-0.0045c. Is this BB to help them achieve this goal & allow them to vest their options? Appears s based on my numbers below.
4) - Are they completing this BB because they cannot acquire & expand their operations to achieve further growth? The acquisitions & expansion into other states was part of my thesis for my original purchase but management have been mentioning acquisitions since 2018 with no actions??

Let's assume they use all their current available cash to date of around $4m with an avg. BB SP of $0.06c.
Total shares bought back = 66.6m say 67m or 34% of the business.
Diluted Shares outstanding in June 2022 would be around 130m. (197m-67m)
Based on 130m S/O the business needs to make $260k in NPAT to achieve the $0.002eps figure & allow management to exercise their 5.4m in options or 4.15% of the now total 130m S/O. I would think they can produce this amount of NPAT in FY22.
